Product introduction
904L stainless steel heat exchange pipe belongs to super austenitic stainless steel. As a low-carbon, high-nickel, molybdenum austenitic stainless steel pipe, it has excellent activation-passivation transformation ability, excellent corrosion resistance, good corrosion resistance in non oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid, and phosphoric acid, good resistance to pitting in neutral chloride containing media, and good resistance to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion.
It is suitable for sulfuric acid with various concentrations below 70 ℃, and has excellent corrosion resistance under atmospheric pressure in acetic acid with any concentration and temperature, as well as in mixed acids of formic acid and acetic acid. The super austenitic stainless steel 904L stainless steel heat exchange tube is a high alloy austenitic stainless steel with low carbon content. It has excellent corrosion resistance in dilute sulfuric acid, and is designed for harsh corrosive environments. It has a high chromium content and sufficient nickel content. The addition of copper makes it highly resistant to acid, especially chloride interstitial corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, and is not prone to corrosion spots and cracks. Its pitting resistance is slightly superior to other steel grades, and it has good processability and weldability, which can be used for pressure vessels.

Heat Exchange Tube Production Process :
1 . We use Cold Drawn technology to produce U bend tube
2 . U bend tubes produce will accordance to customer's drawings
3 . To avoid oxidation , inert gas (Argon) is passed through tubes ID at the required flow rate
4 . The radius is checked for its OD and wall thinning with the recommended specification
5 . We'll choose three different position or as customer's require to make sure tubes quality . We'll do physical properties and micro-structure test
6 . Visual inspection for waviness and cracks is done with Dye Penetrant Test 7 . Each tube is then hydro tested at the recommended pressure to check for leakage
